MEX OPS

WHAT IS MEX OPS?

Post-it notes, requests paper-clipped together and telephone messages asking for help hardly make for efficient handling of requests. People say things in different ways and their requests are open to interpretation. MEX Ops removes the paper war and helps requestor’s put their requests in a common format. With MEX Ops, there is more chance of you getting the message they intended; more chance of you doing it right the first time.

The MEX Ops module is an electronic Job Request system. ‘MEX Ops’ is a Web based program for use in conjunction with the MEX and FleetMEX maintenance management software. MEX and FleetMEX do not have to be running for MEX Ops to work.

HOW WILL MEX OPS HELP YOU?

MEX Ops can help your work requests become paperless, efficient and satisfying!

MEX Ops has been designed to give everyone at your site and other sites, including people who are not maintenance staff, a means to submit job requests and view their status. It captures Requests and puts them into the MEX or FleetMEX database even if the MEX or FleetMEX program is not active at the time. Next time the designated operator checks their E-mail, a message will be present alerting them to the new Request.

This means that any person within a computer network can request a maintenance job through MEX Ops. A night shift worker or a remote worker can use MEX Ops to browse the Asset Register And lodge a work request. There can be many MEX Ops users submitting requests. The maintenance administrator later reviews the requests and decides which will be actioned with Work Orders. The original requestors can view the progress of their requests at any time.

FUELMEX

WHAT IS FUELMEX?

The FuelMEX module allows you to integrate your Fuel Data system with the FleetMEX readings module. You’ll quickly and easily import data from all major fuel cards and fuel dispensing systems, (including your own bulk Store), to maximise the use of the information and minimise the input time.

HOW WILL FUELMEX HELP YOU?

With FuelMEX, you’ll make informed operating decisions with the confidence of accurate and current information.

FuelMEX’s automatic process saves you time with its standard data import routine to transfer your electronic vehicle information; the reduced administration time at your office is significant. You’ll quickly import data including vehicle, data, fuel, kilometres, hours and cost. As well as eliminating the need for data entry, FuelMEX also gives you immediate results so that performance can easily be monitored.

To give you absolute confidence, FuelMEX incorporates a data integrity checker to ensure complete accuracy of all imported data. With FuelMEX, data from fuel charge cards is electronically transferred into the FleetMEX system. Fuel data is automatically allocated to the correct vehicle, with odometer readings, data, fuel type and other relevant information.

HANDIMEX

WHAT IS HANDIMEX?

HandiMEX is a suite of programs that run on Handheld devices that make the entering of data into MEX easier whilst in the field.

HOW WILL HANDIMEX HELP YOU?

HandiMEX comes with 4 programs: Store Issues, Equipment readings, Ad Hoc Work Order and Stocktake. This allows you the mobility of a hand held device, while giving you the ability to record data “on the go”. HandiMEX decreases the amount of paperwork and data entry needed to record important details such as the issue and return of items to Store, the entry of new readings for equipment and ad hoc Work Orders, allowing the Work Order to be closed if the work has been done. This greatly reduces discrepancy in the work that is really done versus what goes on the timecards that people fill in.
