MEX Support Services

MEX Support will ensure that the outcome of your MEX or FleetMEX installation delivers measurable results. Achieving this outcome is reliant on you making the right choices, getting the right advice, and using your system to maximum capacity to ensure delivery of results.

A Maintenance Agreement will guarantee that qualified staff can assist when you need advice on everything from system operation to technical issues. As our expert staff are familiar with the maintenance environment and are highly skilled at what they do, they will not only assist you with simple queries, but also advise you on the best possible way to use MEX software in your maintenance operation.

Annual Maintenance Agreement (AMA)

A Maintenance Agreement is a renewable, one year agreement which will provide you and your organisation with assistance and support on important matters such as system implementation, operator use and annual upgrades.

As part of your AMA, you will receive several beneficial entitlements including:
  • Unlimited phone and email support from our Technical Support Department
  • Priority bug fixing
  • Free product upgrades and updates
  • Product Discounts
  • Quarterly Newsletters.

When is Support Available?

Our Support Centre is open during working hours – 7:30am to 5:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday. We don’t use answering machines and there are no annoying telephone queues, as we understand your time is valuable.

What does it cost?

Maintenance Agreements are available as annual contracts, from as little as $65* per month. This fee is renewable and payable annually and is based upon the number of concurrent users.
