This training provides the “new user” with an introduction to MEX/FleetMEX.
You will learn to navigate your way through the program, understand and carry out
the essential functions of the maintenance management system.
The course concentrates on the four main modules of MEX/FleetMEX; the Asset Register,
Work Orders, Preventative Maintenance and Stores. You will gain a proficient understanding
of these modules through hands-on application and practical exercises.
With this training you will have the skills and knowledge to set up and run your
MEX/FleetMEX system to a fundamental level.

Report Writing MEX v12 / FleetMEX v5
This training course has been designed for MEX/FleetMEX users who want to create
or modify their own basic reports. You will learn to design, develop and deploy
reports by utilising the Dev Express Report Writer.
The course starts at the beginning examining the data tables and relationships before
undertaking the creation of reports using ‘Predefined’ and ‘SQL’
data source. You will then learn the export/import function so that the reports
created during this course can be implemented into your own system when you return
to your organisation.
The course has been designed so you do not need prior knowledge on report writing
to attend.

The aim of the MEX essential training course is to explore, understand and build
upon the features / modules of MEX that are not covered in the standard two day
MEX training course.

FleetMEX v5.1. These changes have significantly enhanced the product as well as
providing MEX users more options and potential to increase / improve their maintenance

The aim of the MEX System Management Workshop is to examine ways to effectively
manage the MEX Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The workshop will

‘new’ features of the revamped MEX/FleetMEX Stores module. There have

in the process of materials management. The modules examined include the catalogue,
requisitions, reservations, purchasing, receipting, invoicing and the replenishment

This training course is designed for MEX/FleetMEX users who are responsible for
implementing and administering the system. You will understand the installation
process and how to set up the system so it can be administered effectively.
