To attend this course you must have completed the MEX 2 Day Standard Training Course.
Aim of the one-day training
The aim of the MEX essential training course is to explore, understand and build upon the features / modules of MEX that are not covered in the standard two day MEX training course.
Introduction
MEX has recently undergone extensive functionality changes in both MEX v12.4 and FleetMEX v5.1. These changes have significantly enhanced the product as well as providing MEX users more options and potential to increase / improve their maintenance management capabilities. The MEX essential training course has been developed to give you the knowledge to tap into this potential.

- Plan Using the Resource Scheduler
- Plan and Manage Projects Using the Project Management Tool
- Automatically Schedule the Activator and Reports
- Understand and Integrate MEX Mobile into your Business
- Understand and use the Import / Export Tool
- Add Security
- Create Requisitions and Reservations
- Replenish Stock
- Apply the Approval / Financial Delegation Process
- Modify Existing Reports
- Change all Labels
- Create Mandatory Fields
- Customise Listings
The duration of the essential training course is 8 hours
Pre requisite is the two-day MEX training course or extensive usage of the MEX CMMS
