Aim of the one-day v12/v5 Upgrade training
The aim of this training is to understand the main differences between v11 and
v12 / v4 and v5. The course has been designed for those people who have a clear understanding
of v11 / v4 but are only interested in the enhancements to v12 / v5.

- View and understand the new Control Files
- View and understand the increased ‘User Options’
- Know how to customise all listings
- Be able to add and remove columns
- Add and view Documents
- Reserve and Requisition parts through Work Orders
- Re-open closed Work Orders
- Understand the new Catalogue functions
- Create Standing Orders
- Receipt and Invoice Match in ‘bulk’
- Perform a Stock-take by creating Stock-take templates
- Create automatic Purchase Orders to Replenish Stock
- Review the Approval / Financial delegation process
- Use MEX Today as a control centre
- View the new Reports functionality
- View Security and Change Names
- Understand MEX Mobile and how it can improve your maintenance organisation
The duration of the one-day stores training course is 8 hours
Pre requisite is the two-day MEX training course or extensive use of the MEX CMMS.
The attendees must have clear understanding of MEX v11.x or FleetMEX v4.x before attending this course
The training course can be run privately or you can attend publicly when they are
presented in your region
