Our goal for MEX Apps, is to offer you the industry’s best mobile CMMS.
We developed the MEX applications with the distinct goal of offering the best way to record, document and sync information about your assets, parts and labour.
The applications run on your iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch as your regular MEX CMMS does, with the distinct advantage of mobility.
Using the MEX App in your daily routine will not only give you greater data integrity, faster work-order posting, and inventory management, it will also allow you to roam the depths of your workplace, knowing that you can record and manage everything at your fingertips.

Features
Assets
With MEX Apps, you’ll be able to completely manage your assets and equipment while in the field. As you do your daily rounds you can add assets, take photo records, keep an eye on work due, and view any historical equipment or maintenance information.
Work Orders
Add, edit, print, complete and sign off work orders wherever you are. If you need access to your system 24 hours a day, whether you’re at home or abroad, the MEX Apps give you the flexibility to do it, with confidence.
Requests
By using MEX on your iPad, iPhone or iPod, you can manage job requests from the palm of your hand. Add, edit, approve, create work orders and comment. You no longer need to be tied to your desk as you can enter requests anywhere, without the paperwork.
Purchasing
Ever wanted to raise a purchase order on the job? MEX Apps is a complete purchasing system in your hands. Add, edit orders, approval system, release orders, receive goods, and check estimated and actual prices as stock arrives.
Reports
You can now generate MEX reports directly from your iPad or iPhone. You no longer need to be on your computer to find out important information about your business.
The reports can be viewed right there and then on your mobile device. The reports will also be synced directly to your computer, where they can be viewed, printed or manipulated further.
MEX Today
MEX Today is the ultimate tool for managers using MEX. You can view and configure a complete summary of your business goings-on directly from your iPhone or iPad.
You will be able to view:
- A list of any Purchase Orders, Requests, and Requisitions for approval. (These records can be approved directly from the MEX Today screen.
- Shortcuts to your favourite screens in MEX.
- Shortcuts to your favourite reports in the My Reports section.
- A list of your personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as well as a system wide list of KPIs.
You can also develop graphs and charts to make displaying and explaining your data much easier.
