To be able to look after our customers, we offer a comprehensive support service through the MEX Annual Maintenance Agreement (AMA). The AMA is the easiest and most cost-effective way to ensure your system is running at its best.

Our technical staff are experts in all areas of the system and are readily available to answer the toughest questions to your trickiest maintenance needs. The MEX Support Team is full of real people who are completely based in Australia who are available Monday to Friday 7.30am – 5.00pm AEST.

Customers who enter into an AMA, benefit from receiving continual updates and upgrades to the software, ensuring optional performance and productivity. The MEX Maintenance Agreement goes a long way in keeping your maintenance in tune, on time and in compliance, as the software is continually evolving with the maintenance world.

The following benefits are provided to all customers who hold a valid AMA:
