MEX Festive Season Shutdown Period 2018

MEX will close on Friday the 21st of December to observe the Christmas holidays. We will reopen on Thursday the 3rd of January, 2019 at 7:30am AEST.

For those customers who are working through the Christmas holidays we have Jacob from support available to assist with any issues.

Jacob will be available on the 24th, 27th, 28th and 31st of December and the 2nd of January from 7:30am AEST to 5:00pm AEST. We will not have any support available on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day. Jacob will be available on support@mex.com.au and you can also call him on 0410 214 473. 

MEX would like to thank all our customers for their support throughout 2018 and we are looking forward to introducing some exciting new features for you in 2019.
