Fine Tuning MEX in North America

Fine Tuning MEX in North America

MEX Trainers are jetting off to all parts of the world to help get our software up and running. From remote mines to large manufacturing plants, more and more companies around the world are turning to the MEX Maintenance Software to help them manage their equipment.

At the start of August, MEX Trainer Damian Silvester jetted off to North America to help Futuris Automotive and the Santa Elana Mine in Mexico fine tune their MEX systems.

Damian’s first stop was at the Futuris Automotive plant in Newark, California, where they manufacture seats and roof linings for Tesla electric cars. Having recently installed MEX, Damian helped to get the MEX system off the ground, guiding them through adding Assets, creating Preventative Maintenance Inspections and setting up security.

Next stop was a small town named Banamichi in Sonora, Mexico for a week’s training and consulting at the Santa Elana Mine. Santa Elana produces Gold & Silver, starting as an open pit and more recently going underground. After the training, Damian spent some time helping to clean up their data and policies.

We will check back on Futuris and the Santa Elena Mine in the near future, but for now they are both well on their way with their use of MEX and ensuring all work done on their equipment is effectively captured and well documented.

Wherever it is in the world, if you have assets that need to be comprehensively maintained, MEX can give you a platform to effectively manage your maintenance operation.
