MEX Staff Celebrate 2009 with Bonuses

MEX recently held its staff Christmas Party at Peppers Resort in Grandchester, QLD. Steve shouted staff and their partners a day and nights stay with all expenses paid for.

Teambuilding activities and a conference were held to discuss the 2010 business plan. Samantha Aston, Multimedia and Marketing Coordinator at MEX stated, “The Team Building activities let us work together towards mutual goals, which has improved our group working abilities and allowed us to work closer together in business and social environments.”

Santa gifts were given to everybody and Apple iMacs were awarded to three employees, Greg Rich, Ryan Storey and Lloyd Connick who were drawn out of a lucky dip.

Alex Story, Operations Assistant at MEX was announced Employee of the year, based on votes from fellow staff which were then voted on by the management team. Alex received $1,000.00 and a trophy for her achievement.

Alex stating, “I feel pretty proud of the work I‚ve done this year and the effort I’ve put in. But nothing is really possible unless you have people helping you, which is what I‚ve had every day. It‚s awesome that we have the opportunity to celebrate the year with a Christmas party. I‚m definitely thankful to Steve for his generosity and everyone at MEX for a great year.”

All staff were given a $1,000.00 bonus for achieving MEX’s biggest month in November.

MEX has had a prosperous 2009 even in lieu of the Global Financial Crisis, which can be attributed to how hard the staff worked at MEX. The Customer Service department has done an excellent job this year increasing the quality and level of service to our customers.
