MEX App Training Takes Off
To compliment the introduction of the new and improved MEX Mobile app. The MEX Training team has been hard at work upskilling our customers on the new product.
We have now run three courses and have more dates available, what better way to get up to speed with the new app then to attend one of the following upcoming Public Training courses:

Concentrating on an end user that is primarily responsible for completing their day-to-day activities on a mobile app. The new App Training course works through such processes as updating the details of an existing Asset, updating allocated Work Orders, closing Work Orders off to History and creating Maintenance Requests.
Here’s some feedback:
The course was perfect for first time users of MEX and the mobile application. Presented to novices, the content was perfect and should not be changed. An experienced user would go through it in no time as it resembles MEX and can be quickly understood.
Very happy with the content as it met expectations. Rob helped me work through the course and identified any issues that needed to be communicated to Support for investigation.
